At Dar Al Ietemad, every refurbished laptop is professionally tested and inspected before dispatch. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
- If your laptop arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
- Items must be returned in the condition received, with all included accessories.
- Please contact us before returning any item so we can issue return instructions.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error or a confirmed fault.
